The year 2021 is slowly coming to an end and we would like to thank you very much for the trust you have placed in us and the good cooperation. For us, GRIP Engineering AG, it was a special year since we can now look back on more than 30 years of company history. 30 years is a long time in which to accomplish a lot: To date, for example, almost 300 rolling mills in more than 35 countries have been equipped with zone cooling systems from GRIP Engineering AG.

But 30 years also bring many opportunities for experiences, experiences and changes: With these aspects in mind, we are pleased to inform you that we have used the last three years, among other things, to successfully carry out our company handover to the next management generation. In 2019, the previous Managing Director Mr. René Nussbaum and his business partner Reto Santschi handed over GRIP Engineering AG into the responsible hands of Mr. Dennis Dolereit (CEO) and Mr. Markus Wüthrich (COO), who immediately took up their work as the new management body of GRIP Engineering AG.

For a company handover, time is needed above all to pass on the valuable experience accumulated over decades conscientiously and with high quality. For this reason, we have opted for a slow and fluid handover, in which the older generation takes a step back and the younger generation takes a step forward. Thus, both generations face new tasks together and ensure the continuity of GRIP Engineering AG for further decades full of opportunities for experiences, experiences and changes.

Not to forget a sincere thank you to all employees of GRIP Engineering AG. Some have been with us from the very beginning, others have only joined us in recent years. All of them together have made the uncomplicated transition from one management generation to the next possible, with their valuable work, support and willingness to contribute. .
